  2. Month Two: Increase your meditation time to 5 minutes daily. This slight challenge should feel manageable and encourage consistency.
  3. Month Three: Extend your practice to 15 minutes each day. At this stage, you may notice a shift in your mental clarity and impulse control.
  4. Month Four: Meditate for 20 minutes or more at your discretion. You may find that your thoughts become more fluid, allowing you to exercise greater control over your impulses.
