Each day presents an opportunity to make different choices, experiment with new experiences, and embrace change. Take risks, step outside your comfort zone, and resist the temptation to be stagnant or to let negative emotions control your life. Starting today, approach your emotions with honesty and openness.
Invite each feeling into your awareness, but refrain from exaggerating its significance. Ultimately, the journey toward self-healing is rooted in love.
