Regardless of the beauty of a location, avoid moving there without great internet service. It's better suited for a visit than for permanent living.

Are you considering full-time residency or just a part of the year? Understanding the legal requirements for establishing residency is vital if you’re planning a long-term move. Many nations now offer special visas designed for digital nomads.

Bringing It All Together
The prospect of living and working abroad is exhilarating. Five years ago, I embarked on a journey of part-time living, writing, and consulting abroad. I quickly realized that alongside a strong internet connection, warmth, community, and proximity to the beach were my primary concerns.
