The truth is that success is fundamentally rooted in cultivating the right HABITS. Unlike hard work, habits develop naturally and require little conscious effort. To truly thrive, prioritize habit formation over mere labor. Here’s how to do it:

We often fall prey to harsh self-judgment. Our brains have evolved to evaluate situations quickly for survival. This instinct can lead to negative associations; for instance, if someone named Brian feels nervous talking to women, he may start avoiding such interactions altogether.

Choose wisely; the habits you adopt should yield the greatest benefits.
