What you receive from the divine is meant for your joy, and what is taken away should be accepted. When the divine is occupied, focus on your own affairs.
Depression often arises from two main sources: the desire for things that aren’t ours and our difficulty in letting go when the divine decides to take something away. This resistance can spiral into a cycle of negativity, ultimately leading to despair.
Regardless of what we gain or lose, it is essential to recognize that it is all part of a greater plan. Understanding this can help us reap the most from our experiences. The divine doesn’t act frivolously; every event has significance, even if it’s not immediately apparent.
When viewed from a decade-long perspective, it becomes clear that everything unfolds for our benefit, not against us.
In moments of struggle, remember that the divine is engaged in even larger battles to protect you. Trust in this process. Even encounters with difficult individuals serve a purpose—they guide you toward growth. Even in profound loss, trust that the divine has prepared hidden blessings we may not yet understand.
Remind yourself, “This arrangement serves a greater good.” Sometimes, even if it feels untrue, believing it can bring inner tranquility, making it worthwhile.
While you are alive, your audience is limited. After your passing, few will remember you. Therefore, prioritize kindness to yourself.
The divine doesn’t favor anyone arbitrarily; there is a method to the way blessings are distributed. Kindness often leads to protection from significant setbacks. When you extend a helping hand to others, you’ll find support during your own trials.
However, this generosity should not stem from selfish motives. We must first nurture our own needs before we can effectively assist others. In doing so, we align ourselves with divine rewards.
