Section 1.1: Plugin Details
Crypt It
This plugin provides a straightforward way to generate a password-protected version of a note.
Lavadocs
With Lavadocs, you can easily share notes by integrating your vault with the Lavadocs service.
Quick File Name
This plugin creates a new note with a randomly generated name. You have options to customize the generated name as needed.
Sticky Heading
This feature allows you to keep headings fixed in view. You can opt to make either the latest heading or all parent headings sticky.
BackItUp
This plugin lets you create timestamped backups of your notes conveniently, either alongside the original note or in a designated folder.
Callout Suggestions
If you struggle to remember callout tags, this plugin displays a suggestion modal for all configured callouts. Note that it requires the Callout Manager plugin, so ensure that is installed first.
Tag Links
This plugin enhances your tagging experience by allowing tags to function as links through a hotkey. You can set tags to direct to specific URLs based on their structure, utilizing regular expressions for versatility. It’s particularly handy for organizing notes tied to systems with multiple entries, like ticketing systems.
Notice Logger
This tool logs all notifications to the developer console with a customizable prefix. It’s especially useful for keeping track of extensive or frequent messages from plugins.
Hemingway Mode
Designed to enhance focus while writing, this plugin disables editing functions and allows only text addition at the end of a note. It features a command that you can toggle, which can also be assigned to a shortcut.
Univer
This plugin adds document and spreadsheet capabilities to your Obsidian notes, supporting various formats such as Excel and Word.
Shiki
Integrating Shiki via Expressive Code, this plugin improves syntax highlighting across more than 100 languages. It works seamlessly in reading, live preview, and editing modes, automatically highlighting code blocks and allowing for custom configurations.
Foodiary
Foodiary helps track the nutritional value of food items. You must specify a Product folder containing nutrition data, which allows you to add a food diary code block to your notes, calculating total nutrition for consumed products.
