As 2022 came to a close, I found myself with an abundance of free time after being unable to work for over a year. Slowly, my cognitive abilities began to return, allowing me to write and type again.

Noticing my boredom, one of my sisters-in-law suggested I start a daily to-do list and set reminders on my digital calendar for various tasks. Driven by my desire for organization, I didn’t stop at just a calendar; I also designed a spreadsheet to track my tasks and monitor my progress.

Feeling the need for a more advanced tool, I explored several YouTube videos about the Notion App. While I gathered numerous templates, I still haven't fully grasped the platform. However, I did learn that many content creators utilized the book "12 Week Year" to enhance their Notion experience.

For now, I’ll stick with Google Sheets along with insights from the book as I familiarize myself with the system.

The 12 Week Year approach is a strategic goal-setting technique that encourages you to concentrate on your most critical objectives and achieve them within a condensed timeframe. Rather than waiting for New Year’s resolutions, you can proactively pursue your goals and potentially accomplish them well before the year concludes.
